VVideo Workflow Kit

Terms of Service

Planning templates and example prompts to organise your own work. They can be wrong or out of date for a given tool, because tools change often, and they do not decide anything for you. They are not legal or professional advice, not a certification and not a guarantee of any result, reach or income.

The service

Video Workflow Kit is a service operated by UNIHOLIX OÜ (registry code 17479878, Estonia). It sells a downloadable kit of planning templates for making videos with AI tools. These terms apply when you use the service and when you buy the kit.

For six video formats, the kit contains a prompt sequence, a storyboard, a shot list, an asset and licence tracker and a review checklist, as Markdown and CSV files for Notion, XLSX spreadsheet workbooks and plain CSV files, together with a quick-start guide. The templates are in English; the quick-start guide is available in 20 languages.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use the service, and if you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

What the kit is and is not

  • The kit is a set of planning templates with example rows. The example prompts are illustrations to adapt. They can be wrong or out of date for a given tool, and tools change often.
  • The kit does not make videos, does not connect to any AI tool and does not use any AI model for you. Results depend on the tools you use and how you use them. The kit is not a certification or a guarantee of any result, reach, views or income.
  • The asset and licence tracker and the review checklist help you organise your own checks. They are not professional advice, including legal advice, and they do not replace reading each licence and each platform's rules.
  • Make sure you have the rights to all the material you use and that you follow the terms of the tools and platforms you use. This is your responsibility, as is everything you make with the kit.

Price, payment and delivery

  • The price is $19 and is shown before you pay. Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you may see and pay the price in your local currency, converted by our payment processor. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay us; your bank may charge its own fees.
  • You pay once through our payment processor. There is no subscription and no account. The payment processor emails you a receipt.
  • Your download is available right after payment. You can download the kit for 7 days after payment, up to 10 times. Save the files on your device.
  • The kit counts as delivered once you start downloading it for the first time.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Before you pay, you tick a box to confirm that you want your download delivered right away and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. We record this confirmation with your payment.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of this right, the right ends once your download has been delivered (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent rules in the United Kingdom).

If your download is not delivered, or you were charged more than once, you get a full refund. Our Refund Policy explains how to ask.

Your licence to use the templates

  • Once you have paid, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual licence to use, copy and adapt the templates in your own projects, including commercial projects and work you do for clients.
  • You may share filled-in templates, such as your own plans, storyboards and lists, with your team, your collaborators and your clients as part of a project.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, give away or publish the templates themselves, blank or only slightly changed, for example as a template pack, on a marketplace or as a course download.

Independence and trademarks

The kit and this service mention the names of some AI video tools only to describe what the templates work with. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies, and their names are trademarks of their owners. The kit contains no third-party logos.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to disrupt the service or get around its security or limits, and do not load it in a way that affects other visitors.
  • Do not share your download access with others.
  • Do not use the kit to evaluate, rank or select individual people, for example to screen job applicants or performers.

Intellectual property

The website and the kit, including its templates, texts and examples, belong to UNIHOLIX OÜ. Your licence to use the templates is described above, and all other rights are reserved. What you create with the templates belongs to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for the results you get or the decisions you take when you use the templates.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.

If you have a complaint, please email us first: most problems can be solved quickly. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for help.

Changes

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that purchase.
