Terms of Service
The critique is written by AI from eight still frames of each video. It can be wrong and can miss problems that only show in motion or sound. It is not professional advice, not a certification and not a guarantee of views, reach or results. You decide what to post.
The service
Clip Critic Studio is a service operated by UNIHOLIX OÜ (registry code 17479878, Estonia). These terms apply when you use it. By buying a pack of critiques, you accept them.
You add up to ten short videos at a time. Your browser checks their format for free and takes eight still frames from each. When you use a critique from your pack, an AI model writes a critique of that video: an overall score and a call (ready to post, fix first, or hold back), scores for areas such as consistency between frames, hands, glitches, brand fit and the first seconds, the problems it sees with the frame they show in and a suggested fix, and a checklist for before you post.
What the critique is, and what it is not
- It is a critique produced by AI from eight still frames of your video and your notes, for your own review before you post.
- It does not see the motion between the frames or hear the sound, so it can miss problems that only show in motion or sound.
- It is not professional advice, not a certification and not a guarantee of views, reach, sales or any other result, or that a platform will accept your video or not limit it.
- It does not check whether your video respects copyright, trademarks, advertising rules or a platform's policies. You remain responsible for what you post.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use the service, and if you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Purchases are not available to anyone located in, or acting for a person in, a country or region that is subject to EU or other applicable sanctions or that our payment and banking partners do not serve (currently including Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, the Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, Eritrea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, the Republic of the Congo, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine). We may decline or refund an order that breaks this rule.
Price, payment and delivery
- Critiques are sold in packs. Before you pay, the page shows each pack's size, its price and its price per critique. One critique checks one video.
- Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you may see and pay the price in your local currency, converted by our payment processor. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay us; your bank may charge its own fees.
- You pay once for a pack through our payment processor. A pack is not a subscription and needs no account. The payment processor emails you a receipt. After paying you get a pack code: it opens your pack on any device, and anyone who has it can use your critiques, so keep it safe. Do not sell the code; a pack cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A pack can be used for 12 months from payment. Each critique appears on screen, usually within a minute, in the browser you use. A critique that cannot be written is not taken from your pack, and you can try again; the same video sent again within a day is not counted twice. If critiques keep failing so that a pack can no longer be used, you get back the share of the price for the critiques left in it.
- We do not keep a copy of your critiques. Download or print them when they appear.
Critic Pass Monthly
- Critic Pass Monthly costs $9.99 a month, shown before you pay, and includes 15 critiques in each paid month. Unused critiques do not carry over to the next month, a critique that cannot be written is not counted, and the month's critiques are used before your packs.
- You subscribe with your UNIHOLIX account, which is for one person; each UNIHOLIX product's subscription is paid separately. The price that applies when you subscribe stays the same while your subscription runs.
- Your subscription starts right after the first payment and renews every month on the same day until you cancel; the payment processor emails you a receipt for every payment. You can cancel at any time in your account, in a few clicks: the next payment stops, and you keep your subscription until the end of the month you have paid for. If a renewal payment keeps failing, the subscription ends. Deleting your account cancels it at once.
- If we ever change the monthly price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Before you pay, you tick a box to confirm that you want each critique delivered as soon as you use it and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for each critique once it has been delivered. We record this confirmation with your payment.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of this right, the right ends for each critique once it has been delivered (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent rules in the United Kingdom). Critiques you have not used can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of paying.
Critic Pass Monthly. Before you pay, you confirm that you want your subscription to start right away. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may still withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason, with the “Withdraw from contract” button in your account or by email. The subscription then ends at once, and within 14 days we refund what you paid, less a share in proportion to the days of service you had.
If you were charged more than once, you get a full refund. Our Refund Policy explains this and how to ask.
Your videos and your responsibility
- Add only videos you made or have the right to use, and only notes and images you have the right to share.
- Before you add a video, make sure it does not show other people's personal data or confidential material, such as documents, screens or number plates, unless you are allowed to share it. This is your responsibility.
- If people appear in your videos, you are responsible for having their permission where the law requires it.
- Before you use a critique, the page shows you the frames that would be sent. We do not keep your frames, your notes or your critiques after they have been produced.
- If the frames or notes contain personal data, you decide why and how it is processed, and we process it only to produce your critiques, on your instructions. Business customers who need a data processing agreement can write to ceo@uniholix.com.
Acceptable use
- Do not add unlawful content, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content meant to harass, deceive, impersonate or harm anyone.
- Do not try to overload or attack the service or get around its limits, and do not copy or reverse-engineer it.
- Do not present a critique to others as a certification, a professional opinion or a promise of results.
Protecting the service
- Use the service through its web page. Do not use bots, scripts or other automated means to send it requests or to collect its content. Tools that help you read or use the page, such as screen readers, are fine.
- Do not try to find out, extract or rebuild the instructions, rules or methods the service uses to produce critiques, for example by adding a video, an image or notes made to make the AI reveal them, and do not reverse-engineer the service.
- You may use your own critiques as described under Intellectual property. Do not run the service for others as a business, for example by reselling critiques in bulk or offering the service under your own name, and do not collect critiques into a dataset or use them to build or train a competing service.
- If you break these rules, we may refuse further orders and block access to the service.
About AI results
Each critique is produced by an AI model from eight still frames of your video and your notes. It is for information only.
- It can miss things, misread them or be wrong. Watch your video and review the critique before you rely on it or act on it.
- It is not professional advice of any kind, including marketing, legal or advertising advice.
- It is not a certification or a guarantee of any outcome.
- It is about your video, not about the people in it. Do not use it to evaluate, rank or select individual people, for example to judge actors, creators or employees.
Intellectual property
- You keep all rights in your videos, frames, notes and images. You allow us and our service providers to use the frames and notes only to produce your critiques.
- We do not take ownership of your videos. We allow you to use, copy and share your critiques for any lawful purpose, within the limits under Protecting the service. This permission is not exclusive, and the critiques come without any warranty, as described under About AI results.
- The website, its design, its text and its code belong to UNIHOLIX OÜ or its licensors.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and for Critic Pass Monthly to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a critique, such as what you post or how a video performs.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.
If you have a complaint, please email us first: most problems can be solved quickly. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for help.
Changes
We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that purchase. For a subscription, we tell you about an important change by email before it applies to your next renewal.
