What you pay

A few conversions a day are free. Packs of conversions start at $4.99. Before you pay, the page shows each pack's size, its price and its price per conversion. Prices are set in US dollars; at checkout you may see and pay them in your local currency.

You pay once for a pack. A pack is not a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. A pack can be used for 12 months from payment; conversions not used by then expire.

When you get money back

You have not used all the conversions in your pack and you ask within 14 days of paying. You get back the share of the price for the conversions you have not used.
You were charged more than once for the same pack.

A conversion that cannot be produced is not taken from your pack, so you can try again. If a pack can no longer be used because conversions keep failing, we contact you about the conversions left in it and offer a refund without waiting for you to ask. We keep no fee.

How to ask

Email ceo@uniholix.com within 14 days of paying. Include your receipt, or the email address and the date of your payment, and your pack code if you have it, so that we can find your payment. We aim to reply within one business day.

Nothing in this policy shortens any period that the law of your country gives you.

How the money comes back

We make refunds through our payment processor, back to the card or payment method you paid with. How long it takes depends on your bank; most banks show a refund within 5 to 10 business days. If your bank converted the price into another currency, the amount you get back can differ slightly because of exchange rates.

After delivery

Each conversion is digital content, delivered when you use it. Before paying, you asked for each conversion to be delivered as soon as you use it and confirmed that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for each conversion once it has been delivered. So, if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, that right ends for each conversion once it has been delivered (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent rules in the United Kingdom). Conversions you have not used can still be refunded within 14 days of paying, as described above.

A delivered conversion is not refunded because you would have written the formula differently. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and you receive the full amount.
