The Agent Self-Audit Report is an AI-generated self-audit summary report based only on the log you provide. It is not legal advice, not a certification and not a guarantee of compliance with the EU AI Act or any other law.
What you pay
A report costs $19.00. Prices are set in US dollars; at checkout you may see and pay them in your local currency.
You pay once. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
When you get a full refund
- Your report was not delivered: for example, it failed to generate, or it never appeared after you paid.
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
We refund the full amount you paid and keep no fee. If we notice that a paid purchase was not delivered, we contact you and offer a refund without waiting for you to ask.
How to ask
Email ceo@uniholix.com within 14 days of paying. Include your receipt, or the email address and the date of your payment, so that we can find it. We aim to reply within one business day.
Nothing in this policy shortens any period that the law of your country gives you.
How the money comes back
We make refunds through our payment processor, back to the card or payment method you paid with. How long it takes depends on your bank; most banks show a refund within 5 to 10 business days. If your bank converted the price into another currency, the amount you get back can differ slightly because of exchange rates.
After delivery
Your report is digital content delivered right after payment. Before paying, you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. So, if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, that right ends once your report has been delivered (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent rules in the United Kingdom).
A delivered report is not refunded because you disagree with its findings. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Before you open a dispute
Please email us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and you receive the full amount.
