The service

The Agent Self-Audit Report is a service operated by UNIHOLIX OÜ (registry code 17479878, Estonia). These terms apply when you use it. By paying for a report, you accept them.

You load a log of an AI agent that you or your organisation runs. Your browser builds a short, masked summary of it. After payment, an AI model writes a self-audit summary report: what the agent did, patterns that may deserve attention, gaps in human oversight and a checklist of controls you may consider.

What the report is, and what it is not

• It is a self-audit summary report produced by AI from a summary of your own log, for your internal review.
• It is not legal advice, not a certification, not an attestation, not an audit opinion and not a conformity assessment.
• It does not state or guarantee that your agent, your organisation or your systems comply with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) or with any other law or standard. Any mention of a law is general orientation, not a legal determination.
• You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance. For legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use the service, and if you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

Price, payment and delivery

• A report costs $19.00.
• Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you may see and pay the price in your local currency, converted by our payment processor. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay us; your bank may charge its own fees.
• You pay once through our payment processor. There is no subscription and no account. The payment processor emails you a receipt.
• Your report appears on screen, usually within a minute of payment, in the browser you paid from. One payment buys one report. If producing it fails, you can try again at no extra cost.
• We do not keep a copy of your report. Download or print it when it appears.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Before you pay, you tick a box to confirm that you want your report delivered right away and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. We record this confirmation with your payment.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of this right, the right ends once your report has been delivered (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent rules in the United Kingdom).

If your report is not delivered, or you were charged more than once, you get a full refund. Our Refund Policy explains how to ask.

Your log and your responsibility

• Load only logs that are your own, or that you have the right to use.
• Before you load a log, remove other people's personal data, passwords, keys and other secrets, and any confidential information. This is your responsibility.
• The page masks common kinds of personal data and secrets before anything is sent, but masking is a safety net, not a guarantee. Check what would be sent before you pay.
• We do not keep your summary or your report after your report has been produced.
• If the summary still contains personal data, you decide why and how it is processed, and we process it only to produce your report, on your instructions. Business customers who need a data processing agreement can write to ceo@uniholix.com.

Acceptable use

• Do not load unlawful content, or content meant to harass, deceive, impersonate or harm anyone.
• Do not try to overload or attack the service or get around its limits, and do not copy or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not present the report to others as a certification, a legal opinion or proof of compliance.

About AI results

The report is produced by an AI model from a limited, masked summary of your log. It is for information only.

• It can miss things, misread them or be wrong. Review it before you rely on it or act on it.
• It is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, compliance, security or financial advice.
• It is not a certification or a guarantee of any outcome.
• Use it only to review and improve your own AI agents. Do not use it to evaluate, rank or select individual people, for example to assess the performance of employees.

Intellectual property

• You keep all rights in your log and its summary. You allow us and our service providers to use the summary only to produce your report.
• We do not claim any rights in your report. You may use it as you wish, subject to the rights of others in your log.
• The website, its design, its text and its code belong to UNIHOLIX OÜ or its licensors.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a report.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.

If you have a complaint, please email us first: most problems can be solved quickly. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for help.

Changes

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that purchase.
