Terms of Service

The service

UNIHOLIX is provided on an "as is" basis during active development. Features may change or be suspended as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Accounts

You may use UNIHOLIX as a guest or with an account verified by email or phone. One verified phone number can be attached to one active account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.

U-COIN access credits

Access to paid modules is governed by the coin balance on your account. U-COIN is a prepaid access credit — not a security, a stored-value instrument or a currency — and is non-transferable.

Credits are consumed when a paid feature is delivered. If a paid feature fails to generate a result, the credits consumed for that request are returned to your balance automatically.

Purchases are not available to anyone located in, or acting for a person in, a country or region that is subject to EU or other applicable sanctions or that our payment and banking partners do not serve (currently including Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, the Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, Eritrea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, the Republic of the Congo, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine). We may decline or refund an order that breaks this rule.

Refunds

Unused credits are refundable to the original payment method within the period required by the consumer law that applies to you. Credits already consumed for delivered features are not refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to alter a balance, bypass an access gate, probe or overload the service, scrape it at volume, or use it to harm others. Accounts engaged in such conduct may be suspended.

Third-party content

Live features display content from public sources named in the interface. UNIHOLIX does not control that content and does not warrant its accuracy. Links that open other services are subject to those services' own terms.

UNIHOLIX Today

UNIHOLIX Today's editions, stories, facts, puzzles and fortunes are made with the help of AI for information and entertainment. They can contain mistakes and are not professional advice; fortunes are for fun only. Votes and guesses have no prizes, stakes or points.

You may read Today, keep items on your shelf, and share Share Cards and links to editions for your own non-commercial use. This is a non-exclusive permission to use, not a transfer of ownership, and Today is provided without warranty. You may not copy editions in bulk, extract them automatically, automate votes or try to vote more than once.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UNIHOLIX OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the law of their own country of residence.
