Terms of Service

The service

The AI Model Price Map is a service operated by UNIHOLIX OÜ (registry code 17479878, Estonia). It lists prices, limits and other facts about AI models offered by third-party providers, so that you can compare them. These terms apply when you use it.

The price table is free and needs no account. Where offered, you can also buy a one-time full price table download.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use the service, and if you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Information only

  • The data comes from the public models.dev catalogue, which is compiled from providers' public pages and refreshed regularly. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and providers change prices without notice.
  • The provider's own pricing page and terms always prevail. Check them before you buy, build or budget.
  • Blended prices, the price-change history and comparisons between models are our own calculations and are labelled as such. They are not recommendations or professional advice.
  • Where the catalogue gives no value, we show a dash. We do not fill gaps with estimates.

The paid download

  • The download contains the full price table as CSV and XLSX files and the price-change history, together with the source attribution and the licence notice. Its price is shown before you pay.
  • Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you may see and pay the price in your local currency, converted by our payment processor. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay us; your bank may charge its own fees.
  • You pay once through our payment processor. There is no subscription and no account. The payment processor emails you a receipt.
  • Your download is available right after payment. You can download the files for 7 days after payment, up to 10 times. Save the files on your device.
  • The download counts as delivered once you start downloading the files for the first time.
  • The download is a convenience compilation: the same catalogue is freely available from models.dev. You pay for the formatting as files and for our price-change history, not for exclusive data.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Before you pay, you tick a box to confirm that you want your download delivered right away and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. We record this confirmation with your payment.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of this right, the right ends once your download has been delivered (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent rules in the United Kingdom).

If your download is not delivered, or you were charged more than once, you get a full refund. Our Refund Policy explains how to ask.

Data source and licence

The catalogue data is © models.dev contributors and is used under the MIT License. The attribution and the licence notice are included in the download.

You may use the downloaded files in your own work, including commercial work. The catalogue data in them remains under the MIT License. Do not resell or republish the files as they are.

Sponsorship and affiliate links

  • One place on the page may show a sponsor. It is always labelled “Sponsored”. A sponsor never changes the order, the prices, the filters or the data in the table.
  • Sponsorship is arranged by email at ceo@uniholix.com under a separate agreement.
  • Some links to AI providers may be affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission. Affiliate links are disclosed where they appear, and they never affect the order, the prices or which models are shown.

Independence and trademarks

Apart from clearly labelled sponsorships and disclosed affiliate links, we are not paid by any provider listed, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Model and company names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them.

Corrections and removal requests

If a price or another fact is wrong, or you represent a listed provider and want its listing corrected or removed, email ceo@uniholix.com. We reply within 5 business days. Where the error comes from the source catalogue, we also tell its maintainers. If a provider asks us to remove its listing, we remove it from the price table, the model pages and future downloads.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to disrupt the service or get around its security or limits, and do not load it in a way that affects other visitors.
  • Do not share your download access with others.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, our own text and code, and our price-change history belong to UNIHOLIX OÜ or its licensors. The catalogue data belongs to its contributors and is licensed as described above.

Liability

The free price table is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a paid download is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of the information shown.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.

If you have a complaint, please email us first: most problems can be solved quickly. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for help.

Changes

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that purchase.
